MEET THE AUTHOR

GGU honors Veterans Day with gratitude to our Vets for their past and present service. Join us in listening to real-world stories of veterans and trials and triumphs of providing them with much-needed care and support.

Panelists:

  • Dr. Willie Britt, U.S. Army veteran, is Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Public Administration at Golden Gate University and is the Business Manager of Makati Chiropractic Center, USA, and General Manager of United Nations Avenue Chiropractic Center, Philippines.
  • Dr. Terry Curl is Senior Adjunct Professor of Public Administration and Leadership at Golden Gate University as well as a U.S. army veteran.
  • Prof. Dan Devoy is Associate Professor of Law and Director Veterans’ Legal Advocacy Center, Golden Gate University School of Law.
  • Prof. Barbara Ward (via Zoom) is Adjunct Professor Public Administration at Golden Gate University and is the former Director of the Center for Minority Veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Ms. Kira Serna Serna is an Air Force veteran, owns a small private psychotherapy practice, and works as a Licensed Clinical Therapist for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Ms. Luisa Antonio is the Executive Director of the Bayanihan Equity Center (formerly Veterans Equity Center) in San Francisco, California
